This package includes: One MLS description (250 words), One website description (500 words), and two Facebook or Instagram ads (90 characters).

Includes one round of revision for each set of copy.

How it works: I will study the pictures and listing information you provide, write an MLS description and send it to you within 48 hours. You will make notes on it via google docs, I will make changes and then write the longer copy. After a round of edits on that, I will write two Facebook ads. In the end you will have a single google docs with all those beautiful words to copy and paste into your MLS, website, and Facebook.

Actual timing will vary depending on how quickly you get back to me with notes. Once you provide notes, I will usually be able to move on to the next phase that day, or at least within 24 hours.
